She has always had an interest in the arts including interior design and decorating styles. Her challenge and focus throughout is to provide beautiful art and custom framing that compliments the art whether in someone’s home or office. She feels The Framer’s Gallery holds a special responsibility to help customers find artwork that they truly love and to preserve memories. Kay enjoys meeting and getting to know so many nice people who share her passion for all kinds of art!

Kay is originally from Wilmington, North Carolina. She and her husband and partner Andras, better known as Andy, reside in the area. Often asked how they met, Kay will smile and say, “Ours is a true love story about North meets South.”

As gallery manager Dannette creates an inviting atmosphere in the gallery so that you feel at home in our home. With over 10 years experience in the art and custom framing industry, she is best described as extremely organized, a master craftswoman, and a perfectionist, expecting only the absolute best quality from herself with every framing project she approaches. Her specialty is conservation framing and unusual framing projects.
